Direct Pressure Structure
1. The new large oil cylinder lifts the high pressure clamping device with large opening stroke and four large columns space ,leads to a wider application.
2. With differential built-in single-cylinder which supports quick clamping ,especially equipped with rotary ferrule clamping mechanism.
3. High-performance alloy steel tie bar ensures high rigidity and strong tensile strength.
4. High-rigidity movable platen ,built-in eight auxiliary ejection cylinders ensures large ejection force ,long ejection stroke ,suits for various products.
5. The sliding block of movable platen adopts oil-free lubricating linear track .
6. Strengthen front platen design to avoid deformation while high pressure injection.
7. Two ends of the bar are fixed ,not necessary to adjust the mold .
8. Built-in high pressure clamping large oil cylinder inside the back platen ,the piston is rotary ferrule structured ,the combined seal ensures the pressure is maintained without leakage.
Low pressure mould protection
Servo cylinder, the electromagnetic ruler is installed in the cylinder, the accuracy can be controlled within 0.1mm, position feedback of the template: the servo electronic ruler installed in the cylinder directly detects the position of the cylinder, which facilitates the controller to control the low-pressure mould clamping with greater accuracy.
Remote control:
The pressure sensor installed at both ends of the clamping cylinder outputs accurate voltage signals of 0-10V. After calculation by the precise MOOG controller, the bearing pressure of the actual mould can be read out;
Realization of low pressure mould protection function:
1. Set the correct low pressure mould clamping parameters. Set the mould clamping speed to a low value during the low pressure mould protection phase. The mold clamping pressure is 10~15 bar;2. When the moving template enters the low pressure mould protection position, the MOOG controller will monitor the pressure difference on both ends of the cylinder in real time in a fully closed loop;3. When the pressure difference is higher than the set mould protection pressure, the MOOG controller will disable the MOOG servo. The servo valve will directly shut off the oil path and stop the moving template to protect the mould;
